OUR FAMILY

Dr. Natasha Singh Shenoy and Mr. Rajiv Neil Shenoy established the Rajiv & Natasha Shenoy Fund in 2017 to invest in education, healthcare, and community-driven impact across the U.S. and India.

Dr. Natasha Singh Shenoy is an Emergency Physician practicing in the DFW area. A Carrollton native, Natasha was deeply involved in student leadership and community service growing up, serving as both Student Council and Class President throughout high school and college. She holds a BS from Johns Hopkins University, an MS from Columbia University, and an MD/MPH from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

 

Natasha remains deeply connected to her community. She currently serves on the Metrocrest Health Board, is an active member of the LISD Healthcare Advisory Council, the PTA, and is Chairman of the Neighborhood Action Committee. She’s also a dedicated volunteer youth sports coach, giving her time regularly on the field as well as in public service.


Mr. Rajiv Neil Shenoy is a Partner & Associate Director at Boston Consulting Group, where he is helping build a new capability called BCG U, focused on future-ready skill-building and digital transformation. In addition to this work, he is also spending time in the Education sector, supporting K–Higher Ed institutions on the future of education, pedagogy, and AI, as well as partnering with mid-market private equity firms on edtech and growth opportunities. Prior to BCG, Rajiv spent over a decade in the ed-tech space as an entrepreneur and executive. He was the Founder and CEO of OrcaTV, a digital media platform acquired by Apogee, where he later served as CTO and Chief Evangelist. He also held leadership roles at Shorelight Education as VP of Technology and Entrepreneur-in-Residence.

Rajiv grew up in Northern Virginia, where he was active in sports and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Environmental Engineering Planning & Management from Johns Hopkins University, where he was also awarded the Provost’s Award for Innovation for launching OrcaTV.

 

Rajiv currently serves on the LISD Superintendent's Business Advisory Council, the LISD CTO Advisory Committee, and the Johns Hopkins Sheridan Libraries Advisory Board. His previous roles include board positions with the Lewisville Education Foundation (LEF), the Carrollton Library Board, and the LISD Bond Committee.

 

Together, the Shenoys are raising their three sons in the Dallas suburbs and remain active volunteers, community leaders, and advocates for equity, education, and opportunity.
